Nourish Kitchen is one of Dhaka’s largest central kitchens, built to support restaurants, catering services, and healthcare facilities with reliable food production. Our 8,000 sqft facility is equipped with modern equipment to ensure hygienic, consistent, and large-scale meal preparation.

We help restaurants reduce costs and maintain quality by supplying semi-prepared or ready-to-serve items. Our catering services cover corporate events, private functions, and institutional clients with customized menus and timely delivery. For hospitals and individuals, we also prepare nutritious patient diet meals, designed by expert dietitians to support recovery and wellness.

our philosophy

At Nourish Kitchen, we’re on a mission to inspire joy through food. We’re committed to sustainability, supporting local farmers, and reducing food waste—all while crafting dishes that nourish the body and soul.

our team

His first interaction in culinary industry started as a manager at a prestigious cafe owned by a British person. The cafe was positioned in a Swedish ethnography museum and the choices of nutriment were from different parts of the world. He has learned a great deal while working at that place because of its diversity in food preparations, its unique catering management skills and of course dealing professionally with all museum-going customers. 

 

He has started his restaurant business around 2006 and he expands his businesses by opening several restaurants.

He has started his career path with International Hotels & Resort and Hospital operations and built up his hospitality and operational skills with a strong base of education and practical experiences internationally. He has 28+ years of experience in Hotel Management Operations, HR & Administration, Hospital Services, Infection Control, Facility Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Audit, Safety Management. Successfully Operated as a Resort Manager at Anagaga Island Resort in Rep. of Maldives for 6 years. Project Operation in Remote Area – Gazprom (Russia), Siemens, Weatherford International, BIFPCL (Bangladesh India Friendship Power Company Limited), Larsen & Toubro Limited also. Service Manager Hospitality Services in Apollo Hospitals Dhaka for 7 years. Dhaka, Bangladesh. Head of Hospitality & Environmental Services in Apollo-Imperial Hospital Limited.

Mr. Kiatkati Chaopaknam holds the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive officer (CEO) of Siam Group in Thailand and Bangladesh. He is a member of International Association of Amusement Park & Attraction “IAAPA” in the USA. He is also a member of World WaterPark Association “WWPA” in the USA. He is well renowned in the Amusement park, Water Park and Entertainment sector in the world.

 

The Managing Director, Mr. Kiatkati has also acquired a substantial amount of professional work experience in the entertainment business sector. 

  • Senior General Manager, Concord Entertainment Co. Ltd. from 2001 to 2003

He has setup the entire operation system and successfully implemented in “Fantasy Kingdom” amassment park.  

  •  Director Operation, “Leoland” Central Play land Co. Ltd. At Central City, Bangna Shopping mall.

He managed the company’s biggest rooftop indoor amusement and water park, “Leoland”

Mr. Nguyen Minh Phu (Richard) is a specialist in Korean and Japanese Food. He is also expert on Barista. He always loves to bring new taste in food. He has started his professional career with a study in food production and practical experiences in different countries. 

 

He has strong knowledge in food safety and hygiene as well. He has participated many international food festivals. He has good experiences in catering notorious food for thousands of people per day. 

Mr. Banitosh Das Mukul has been working as a Hospitality Services in different types of Hospitals & Hotels in Bangladesh and abroad.

 

He has total 26+ years’ experience in Hospitality industry, such as:
